Wow!

So it has been a while.  Thought I would post again.  Recap on my life... 27 year old, mother of two living in the suburbs.  My hobbies including loving my kids, working out, cooking, and daydreaming while looking at home organization blogs.  Like many my age, I have an upside down mortgage and am trying to find peace with that.  Any tips out there on how I can do this?  Shopping helps a little, but then I am not really saving to buy myself out of our house.  I ask myself why I should have to even worry about this?  Seriously let's look back to 2006 right before the market crashed.  My future husband and I were house hunting.  Everyone said it was the only for sure investment.  With our budget we could afford a town home or these tiny houses smaller than our apartment.  We went for the town home, fixed it up and then watched our money wash down the drain.  Now flash forward to 2012 and we trying like hell to refinance in hopes of flipping our home to an investment property so we can finally move.  How crazy is that?!?!  Try explaining that one to your parents.  HA!
